Moscow, not only the political, scientific, academic and cultural centre of Russia, but also a centre for kitsch, trash, absurdities, pomp, oddities and contrasts. We almost spent a week in this shiny metropolis and one day only in the stunning metro stations.
We visited very diverse spots: the contemporary art museum Garage, the enormous Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics, the surreal area of VDNKh (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy) and played at arcade game machines from the Soviet Era, pretty fun.
At the little Kremlin Izmailovsky you can buy all sorts of russian souvenirs in any possible way: Shirts with Putin riding a bear, horses, dolphins, an eagle, giraffe, all sorts of Matryoshka dolls, from traditional ones to ones with the likeness of Merkel, Trump, Stalin, Putin, Bush and so on…, patriotic propaganda posters, pins, old military equipment, fur hats and much more.

At the 9th of May we jumped on the Trans-Siberian Railway, Victory day and Felix’ birthday, funny, heh.
